Years of managing patients Management of tinnitus patients from 1981. On 1990 I started treating patients suffering from Vertigo and Dizziness. Nowadays, 28 years have passed since the beginning of medical research for the development of tinnitus treatment.
Education Graduate of the “Hebrew University Medical School”, Jerusalem, Israel.
Professional experience Over the years (1981 to date) Dr. Shemesh has treated many patients in out-patient clinics including the University Hospital “Hadassah Ein Kerem”, Jerusalem, and the Institute for Noise Hazards Research of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Most of the research was done in the Israeli Army. Today Dr. Shemesh works at The Otolaryngology Out Patient Clinic of The “Hadassah Ein-Kerem” Hospital, Jerusalem, and “Beit Harofim”, Bne-Braq. The patients are people who suffer from Tinnitus, Vertigo, Dizziness or Meniere's Disease.
Medical Approach A personal, Integrative, humane approach is applied in the clinic, which also includes a thorough and comprehensive medical investigation. After completion of the evaluation, I sit with the patient and we discuss the possible ways to establish an appropriate treatment program.
